Online registration is required for all the media representatives who want to participate to this event.

NEW REGISTRATION

To start the registration please click on the tab "New Registration" in the menu above.

Journalists, photographers, video operators, etc. are asked to fill in the form with the required information and data, then upload a scanned copy of each of the following documents (Jpeg or Pdf formats, max 2MB):

• a valid passport or Id card - mandatory
• a letter on company letterhead confirming the assignment - mandatory (Freelances have to upload a letterhead confirming the assignment)
• photo (jpeg format, max 2MB)
• press card - optional
• Representatives of foreign press media and outlets who are not accredited to the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs are invited to upload a Note Verbale from the Embassy in Rome of the represented press organization’s Country

It’s mandatory to register a personal email address.


STATUS OF THE REGISTRATION

You can access the system with your credentials to check the status of your accreditation by clicking on the tab "Login (access/edit data)" . Submitted registrations can be completed or modified by clicking on the tab "Login Access / Edit Data of this Event".

MEDIA REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ON THURSDAY, 3 JULY 2025 AT 12 AM (EET)

New registrations will not be accepted beyond this date.

Media representatives of Ukrainian nationality who are resident in Ukraine are invited to register by Wednesday 18 June 2025.

Each request for accreditation is subject to the control of the authorities concerned. Approval can be granted after the deadline.
